Summary
We are looking for a CRO / VP of BizDev to drive revenue-generating efforts in our growth phase. You will be responsible for sales success, developing scalable business development processes, and building a high-performing BizDev team. Reporting directly to the founder and working closely with them, you will shape and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, aligning all revenue operations to achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities
- Market development and revenue growth
- Secure contracts for existing FIP + battery services, including SaaS, BPO, and aggregation.
- Manage pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation.
- Build effective partnerships to expand customer acquisition in the market.
- Service design
- Design pricing models based on market conditions, competitive landscape, and value propositions
- Assess and design risk distribution among stakeholders
- Develop service delivery processes
- Co-Creation
- Build relationships with co-creation customers to generate mutual value.
- Identify and deeply understand the needs of launch customers, acting as a bridge to the product team.
- Receive feedback from the customer, assess the priorities and communicate it with Product team to improve products and propose new feature developments
- Business Development team management
- Develop and manage a high-performing business development team.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members based on company objectives.
- Revenue operations
- Implement and improve revenue operations (RevOps) to align sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- Ensure cross-team collaboration to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage RevOps tools such as CRM and analytics platforms to track performance and accurately forecast revenue.
- Identify bottlenecks and analyze insights to drive strategic improvements for continuous growth.
