Key responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding Implementation
- Product implementation support and usage training for new customers
- Planning and progress management to maximize product utilization
- Customer Issue Identification and Resolution Support
- Handling customer inquiries (regarding renewable energy and electricity-related systems, procedures, etc.)
- Identifying customer business challenges and bottlenecks to provide appropriate solutions
- Business Growth Support
- Developing and executing action plans to achieve customer business goals
- Follow-up and issue resolution through regular meetings
- Understanding Customer Needs and Strengthening Relationships
- Understanding customer priorities and long-term needs to deepen relationships
- Collecting customer feedback and proposing new features and improvements
- Contributing to Product Improvement
- Conveying customer voices to the product team to contribute to product quality enhancement
- Promoting new feature proposals and existing feature improvements
- Continuous Customer Communication
- Building trust relationships with customers through daily communication
- Customer success activities supporting customer growth and product utilization
- Systematization and Sharing of Expert Knowledge
- Organizing expertise in renewable energy and electricity markets to build a knowledge base for internal and external use
- Documenting insights gained from customer interactions and sharing with other team members and relevant departments
- Managing knowledge dissemination to external customers and partner companies through seminars, webinars, and workshops
- Training Program Design and Implementation
- Designing and implementing training programs for internal new hire education and skill development
- Creating educational content for customers to support product understanding
- Documentation and FAQ Maintenance
- Maintaining FAQs about renewable energy systems and products to streamline internal and external inquiries
- Creating and updating various manuals, guidebooks, and white papers
What you need for this role
- Basic knowledge of Japan's electricity market and renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
